Screenings of films made at our workshops present the thrilling landscape of amateur creators, showcasing the breadth of the audience of enthusiasts wishing to make an animated project or two themselves. The screenings and discussions of workshop films, made from start to finish by the attendees – often children or youth delivering seriously amazing results – shed a unique light on unconventional approaches to animation and narrative. Many different kinds of stop motion animation, from cutout to pixilation, are on display as practiced in our workshops.
